The smart safety harness is used to monitor the abnormal behavior of the operators in the high-altitude operation, such as the double hooks are not hung high, and the double hooks are hung too close. The supervisor will distribute the smart safety harness, turn on the host device switch after wearing, and carry out real-time monitoring. In case of abnormal situation, the device will give voice alarm reminder.

The device has the following functions:

(1) Abnormal monitoring: monitoring the abnormal behavior of the operators during the high-altitude operation, such as the hook is not hung, low hanging but high using, and the double hooks hanging too close.

(2) Identification binding: Bind the personnel information and smart safety harness monitor to the high-altitude operators.

(3) The smart alarm gives a sound reminder for abnormal wearing situation, and synchronizes the information to the mobile APP of the operating supervisor(configure the handheld terminal or SA connector) and the remote PC management platform (need to configure the communication base station).

(4) Monitoring APP: The monitoring personnel can bind the smart safety harness to be monitored through the APP, check the safety harness status and alarm information, and can specify the end of the high-altitude operation or one-click to end all operations.

(5) Intelligent cloud platform: If the communication base station is configured, the data is synchronized to the cloud platform in real time, supporting leaders at all levels to view the on-site safety harness monitoring information in real time.
