Smart safety harnesses for work at height
Full-body fall-protection harnesses with posture sensing that know whether the harness is actually being worn, whether the lanyard is genuinely connected to an anchorage, and whether the anchorage is high enough to arrest a fall safely. On misuse, the alarm reaches the worker, the supervisor and the safety platform at the same time — during the seconds before a fall, not in the report written afterwards.
Smart safety harnesses
Our core export line. Both configurations are built around the same principle: the harness should report its own misuse rather than wait for an inspector to find it.

The same sensor platform is specified differently for a boiler furnace and a sewer network. These are the configurations we deploy most often.

The reason to buy from a manufacturer rather than a reseller is not price. It is that the sensor, the enclosure, the firmware and the platform were designed together, and one team is responsible when something does not work.
- In-house development. Patents and software copyrights across the harness and perimeter lines — not rebadged imports.
- Field-proven in hard industries. Deployed by major Chinese power generation groups and grid companies, on boilers, in cable tunnels and at height.
- Offline-first design. Edge computing means the alarm still reaches the worker when the network does not. Hazardous areas are exactly where coverage fails.
- Export-ready documentation. Certification packs, English labelling and configuration notes prepared for overseas buyers and their local authorities.
From enquiry to commissioning
Tell us the task
The attachment devices your crews use, the number of units, and whether the site has mobile coverage or a private network. These determine the platform, not the price list.
Configuration and quote
We propose the configuration and a budget range, and confirm which certifications and documents apply to your jurisdiction.
Delivery and deployment
Shipped with English manuals and labelling; deployment takes minutes for the portable units and typically under a day for a cascade installation.
Platform setup and training
Platform, alert rules and user roles configured for your organisation, with remote training for safety staff and attendants.
Frequently asked questions
What is a smart safety harness, and how is it different from an ordinary one?
An ordinary full-body harness protects you once a fall happens. A smart harness adds sensing: it reports whether the harness is being worn and buckled correctly, whether the lanyard is actually connected to an anchorage, and whether that anchorage is high enough to arrest a fall safely. When it detects misuse, the alarm reaches the worker, the supervisor and the safety platform at the same time. The purpose is to intervene in the seconds before a fall, not to reconstruct it afterwards.
What does Yunku Technology manufacture?
Our core range is the smart safety harness family — a multi-state harness and an array harness, both with posture sensing. We also manufacture confined space entry monitoring stations and electronic perimeter fences, which we supply on request for projects that need them.
Can you supply equipment that satisfies our local standard?
In most cases yes, and where we cannot, we will say so before you order. Confined space programmes are commonly audited against OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146; fall protection against ANSI Z359 or EN 361; and hazardous-area equipment against ATEX or IECEx. Our equipment is intrinsically safe rated Ex ib IIC T4 Gb and carries CE and explosion-proof certification. Tell us the standard you are audited against and we will confirm the mapping and the documentation available.
Do you supply outside China?
Yes. We already supply overseas projects, including a Middle East construction deployment where smart safety harnesses were trialled on a live site before wider rollout. Documentation, labelling and packaging can be adapted for export, and we can work through your local distributor or directly.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. We develop the hardware and the software in-house, hold the patents and software copyrights, and control our own production. That matters when you need a configuration change or a documentation pack that a trading company cannot produce.
What is the fastest way to get a quote?
Send us the task type, the number of units or points, and the standard you must comply with. For work at height, tell us which attachment devices your crews use — pole straps, lanyards, double hooks or fall arresters. Those answers are usually enough to propose a configuration and a budget range.
