Do you sell outside China?
Yes. We export, and we have supplied overseas construction projects. Documentation, labelling and packaging are adapted for export, and we can work through a local distributor where you prefer that route.
Can you provide equipment for a classified hazardous area?
Yes — the harness monitors and fence units are available in intrinsically safe versions rated Ex ib IIC T4 Gb. Send us your zone classification and we will confirm suitability in writing.
What is the lead time?
Harness monitors and electronic fence units are typically shipped from stock or short production runs. Larger deployments are configured to order. Give us the quantity and we will confirm a date rather than a range.
Do you provide training and after-sales support?
Yes — platform configuration, alert rule setup and remote training for safety staff and attendants are included in a deployment. Spares and replacement sensors are available for the life of the product.
