The confined space shall be managed according to risk levels. According to the types and contents of toxic and harmful, inflammable and explosive substances that have gathered inside the confined space, the frequency of operations and the severity of the accident, the confined space is divided into three risk levels.

The Manufacturing Department in conjunction with the Management Department shall, by referring to the provisions of this system and combining with the actual situation of the company, formulate specific criteria for determining the risk level of the company's confined space operation.

The Management Department shall be responsible for issuing the criteria for determining the risk levels of the confined space to all units, and organizing them to carry out the work of identifying the confined space and determining the danger level according to the standards. Each unit shall organize relevant safety, production, equipment, technical management personnel and front-line workers to jointly identify, discuss, determine and form the Confined Space List of the unit, and report it to the safety office.

The Safety Office supplements, reviews and confirms the Confined Space List reported by each unit, reports to the head of the company's management department for approval, and forms the company's Confined Space List, which is issued by the Safety Office to each unit for implementation, and reports to the Safety Supervision and Management Office for the record.

The Manufacturing Department shall, in accordance with the Guidelines for Safety Signs and other relevant standards, organize all units to set up a "confined space operation safety notice board" at the entrance or prominent place of confined space, and the Safety Office shall provide assistance, supervision and guidance. The contents of the notice board shall include warning signs, risk of the work site, precautions for safe operation, concentration requirements for dangerous and harmful factors, emergency measures and contact information. Each unit shall strengthen the maintenance and management of the notice board in daily life, keep it clear and intact, and educate and urge employees to strictly implement the requirements informed by the notice board.

The confined space management of all units shall be carried out in accordance with the principle of "giving priority to comprehensive treatment, followed by closure and isolation, and then operation", and the specific control measures and their sequence are as follows:

(a) Promote technological innovation, equipment transformation and other measures to essentially reduce or eliminate the risks of confined space operation.

(b) Take measures to improve operation organization, isolation to reduce or eliminate the risks of confined space operation.

(c) Control the confined space operation in accordance with this system and relevant regulations.
