Safe operation in confined space requires attention to the following nine points:
(1) Before entering a confined space operation, ventilation must be carried out and the workplace can be entered only after passing the test;
(2) Before operating in a confined space, the operator must be informed of the internal dangerous and harmful factors and preventive and control measures;
(3) In workplaces where flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gases exist in confined space, reliable isolation measures should be taken;
(4) It is strictly prohibited to use equipment and materials that are expressly prohibited or eliminated by the State;
(5) When conducting operations in confined space, personal protective equipment must be correctly worn and used. Such as dust masks, gas masks, respirators or other effective respiratory protective equipment;
(6) Emergency measures must be formulated and emergency equipment and devices must be provided on site. In case of poisoning and asphyxiation, the poisoned and asphyxiated person should be immediately moved to a well-ventilated and safe place for resuscitation, and the poisoned and asphyxiated person should be given first-aid treatment such as artificial respiration or chest compressions, and at the same time report to the local safety supervision department and medical institutions.
(7) Upon completion of operations in a confined space, the site should be cleaned up in a timely manner and the original appearance restored.
(8) When a person is found to enter the confined space operation, the relevant personnel on site shall immediately issue a warning message to the operator.
(9) found in the confined space people poisoning asphyxiation and other potential accidents, the site personnel should immediately report to the police, while organising rescue.
