Some operators do not use electrical equipment in accordance with the provisions of the operation, or use inappropriate electrical equipment, resulting in short circuit, overload and other failures of the wire, and then cause explosion accidents. If the oxides remaining in the pipeline and container combust spontaneously, it may also cause an explosion. In the case of unreliable isolation and sealing, flammable and explosive gases released by nearby installations, equipment, pipelines and floor drains may also escape into the confined space.
