Second, we must strictly abide by the principle of "ventilation first, then detection, and then operation". After taking ventilation measures in the confined space, the concentration of oxygen, flammable and explosive substances (flammable gas, explosive dust), toxic and harmful gases and other indicators are detected. Without ventilation and inspection, no personnel shall enter the confined space. The inspection time should not be earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the operation.

Third, in the process of operation, ventilation measures should be taken to maintain air circulation, the use of pure oxygen ventilation is prohibited, and regular detection or continuous monitoring of dangerous and harmful factors in the workplace should be carried out.

Fourth, the operator must wear and use labor protection equipment correctly, and have reliable communication with the outside; The guardian shall not leave the work site and keep in touch with the operator.

Fifth, no guardian is strictly prohibited: In confined space operations, there must be a special guardian for on-site supervision. The guardian must have the appropriate knowledge and skills to detect and deal with abnormal situations.

Sixth, it is strictly prohibited to work overtime: the time of confined space work should not be too long, and should be controlled within the specified time. If the operation time is too long, it may lead to adverse conditions such as fatigue and hypoxia of operators, increasing the possibility of accidents. Therefore, overtime work is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of operators.
